SOFT GLOSS GEL is a transparent, flexible, permanent, acrylic medium with a matte finish. Great as a decoupage adhesive and medium for transfer techniques. Great base for custom gels and paints - mixes with pigments, inks and acrylics paints.

This a a light, spreadable gel that acts as a sealer as well as a liquid glue. It dries clear and with a matte finish.
